China Auto Parts is a registered importer and wholesaler of automotive spare parts, which sells new aftermarket products suitable for vehicles sold in the Sub-Saharan market.
By confirming your order, you accept our Conditions of Sale.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and China Auto Parts as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.
China Auto Parts subscribes to good business practice, so it is important to us that you know what you’re agreeing to as our valued customer.
Accessing and registering on our website you are agreeing to these conditions.
2. Delivery/transport
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 days
Deliveries will only be within South African borders.
Estimated delivery time can range between 2 – 7 working days, depending on the region
The following is a rough estimation
– To KZN: 1-2 Working days
– To Main Centers (Cape Town, JHB, Pretoria, Bloemfontein):2 -4 Working days
– To Regional Areas :3-5 Working days
– To Remote Areas: 5-7 Working days

3. Refunds, returns, credits and exchanges
If the product received is defective or damaged, it must be reported as soon as possible within 24 Hours of product delivery.
Refunds will be processed only on parts that are returned in their unused and in the original packaging
– Electrical products have no guarantee. Please ensure the part you are buying to replace on the vehicle has been correctly diagnosed
Transport will be at the buyer’s cost on return.
4. Prices
Pricing may be changed at any time without notification by China Auto Parts
Pricing displayed on the Site represents the full price in Rands (ZAR), including VAT (Value Added Tax), for the product itself and does not include delivery

Payment Options Accepted:
• Credit Cards – Visa and MasterCard via PAYFAST
• Debit Cards – Visa and MasterCard via PAYFAST

Any refunds requested will attract a penalty as per bank fees.
