Bought a bumper slide from China Auto Parts and had a good experience. The service was professional, communication was clear throughout, and the price was reasonable. I ordered a seat bracket for the rear seat of my etios as well as a washer motor.The parts were promptly delivered to me within 2 days at a delivery cost of R179 exc vat.I took out the seat bracket from the packaging and pushed the release button which just immediately snapped off.Clearly the part I received was defective.I immediately informed China parts and sent a photo.They agreed to replace the the part which cost R295 but that on condition I courier the useless part back to them and then pay courier to courier another bracket back to me.This is just a polite way of telling a customer it's your problem our parts are inferior quality.Dont gamble with your money with this company.
